From the very beginning, he was just on top of EVERYTHING. We had an initial sit down to talk about neighborhoods, our budget, etc. and Agustin worked to put together a plan that felt personalized and yet so professional. He sourced homes for us to check out and it wasn't uncommon for me to receive emails from him in the middle of the night with updates or just checking in.
At the beginning, I do not want to find a local agent because of difficult communicate as a foreigner. But after keeping in touch with him few months, he is the best agent I have ever seen.
